Shipping Policy

KickBackz ships within the United States as well as internationally, to PO Boxes, and military addresses.

Shipping Methods

KickBackz offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times also vary depending upon the final destination. We typically ship from our location in New York but being that we are also a marketplace, your order may contain products from any of our third party vendors who may ship from anywhere else in the world. Orders from in-state and from neighboring states often receive faster delivery.

Please note that all delivery times below are carrier delivery times and are after your order has been processed from our warehouse.

Domestic (United States)


Please allow 5 to 10 business days processing time for standard orders.

We ship Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.

International Destinations (outside the U.S.)


These orders generally ship via USPS International Priority Mail* (6-10 business days).

Additional delays can result, for example, in the case of suspected fraudulent orders pending verification. E-commerce fraud is an industry-wide problem, and we take care to protect all parties from fraudulent orders. Please be patient and respond to any order confirmation inquiries so that we can get your order out ASAP. Order tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.

PRE-ORDERS / UPCOMING RELEASES

Pre-orders / Upcoming Releases ship dates are based off the manufacturer release date.

Products ship in  1 - 2 weeks after their release date. 

 

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs can vary based on the number and type of items, weight, location, and shipping method.


Tracking

Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number included. You may use that tracking number to monitor your order's transit.
As indicated above, please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and allow the appropriate time listed above to receive your order.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

KickBackz is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped. This email includes the order details with the tracking information to track your order. If the shipment tracking status shows 'Delivered' and the shipment is still 'lost' for reasons such as if the buyer is not available to receive the package OR if the shipment is left at doorstep, KickBackz is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package. 
*International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of KickBackz. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
