KickBackz specializes in providing consumers around the world with the opportunity to purchase footwear products that are often rare and produced in highly limited quantities. What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes for the whole family including men’s, women’s and children sizes down to infants.

I don’t see the shoe or size I’m looking for on the site. Do you get restocks?

Our store gets new products weekly.

If your size is sold out, you can now add your email to a waitlist to be informed when that shoe comes back in stock.

What are preorders?

Preordering is purchasing a shoe that is not scheduled to be released until a specified date by the manufacturer. By preordering before the release date, you are able to secure a guaranteed pair before anyone else when the shoe sells.

Do you sell clothes as well to match the sneakers?

Yes, we do! We have two trendy streetwear brands, Six Rings Clothing and 9x11x95.

Six Rings Clothing is a NYC based line inspired from the 6 NBA championships Michael Jordan won in the 90’s era. We’ve channeled that greatness into a dope streetwear line that aspires to help everyone reach the greatness within us all.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, KickBackz offers a year-round, 5 percent discount, up to a $250 maximum, in our store to all active duty military personnel, reservists, retired or disabled veterans and their immediate families. We offer this discount to thank them for their outstanding service to this nation. Customers requesting the discount should present a valid military ID.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal and the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Effective June 1, 2016, all New York clients will be charged sales tax in accordance with NYS law as we are headquartered in New York.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can always check out as a guest. When you sign up for an account, your information gets saved so you can get through checkout faster.

Why was my order cancelled?

Under rare circumstances, we may have to cancel your order for several different reasons. Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank. While this is not common, we do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you. Please note: we do reserve the right to cancel any reason at our sole discretion.

Why does the preorder image look grainy or weird?

We work with different influencers to receive early images of scheduled release products before the official images have launched by the manufacturer. These guys aren’t the best photographers so sometimes their images don’t look that great. Rest assured, as higher quality images roll out, we update the links accordingly.

How long is shipping?

Shipping is 3-10 business days for footwear and 1-3 business days for apparel.

Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO military addresses?

Yes we do. Select your country at checkout and we’ll ship to it! Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you as a result of customs.

What service is used to ship orders ?

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier.  

When does my preorder ship?

Preorders ship differently than standard, normal orders.

Preorders are not early release products, meaning that you will not get them before the release date. Our preorders ship 3-10 business days AFTER the scheduled release date by the manufacturer.* 

This means, it is not uncommon to preorder a shoe in January and receive it in March or April as we make preorders available for purchase around 3 months before the official release.

*Note: Release dates are very fluid and often change last minute. If this happens to your order, we will ship it after that 3-10 business days of the new date.

Are customs and duties included in the shipping fee for international orders?

No. For all international orders, customs and duties may be billed to you upon delivery of your package.

How do I track my order?

When your order leaves our facility you should receive an email directly from PayPal with your tracking number once your shipping label is scanned into the USPS system. Check your spam or junk folder as the tracking information sometimes ends up there.

If you haven’t received tracking information 10 business days after you’ve placed your order, send us an email to [email protected]. Our customer service department will help you resolve any issues.

What happens if I am not home when my shoes are being delivered?

We offer signature confirmation which ensures that someone must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. It can be purchased at any time including after your order has already been placed. All orders valued at $750 USD automatically receive complimentary signature confirmation.

Please note, if you purchased signature confirmation and the post office cannot find you to sign for your package, it will be held at your local post office for you. Generally, proof of ID and residence is required to pick up the package.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately at this time due to the nature of our business, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. This also includes preorders. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or made an error in your shipping address we may be able to edit it for you as long as we have not started processing your order. All attempts to cancel an order or preorder will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How can I do a return or exchange?

All sales and preorders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any nature unless there was a shipping error on our part because the products we sell are considered collectibles that lose value once worn.
